This degree teaches you how to manage people in organizations of all sizes. Adult Learning, Training and Organizational Development graduates have gone on to work for corporations like Bank of America and government agencies like the Philadelphia Mayor’s Office. They have become entrepreneurs and have worked in human resources departments and nonprofit organizations.
Internships give you opportunities to get hands-on experience, refine your understanding of your coursework and make professional contacts who can assist your future career development. Internships are voluntary experiences that take place outside of the program curriculum: students do not receive credit for internships.
